Leadership Loudoun

Specific Need

Each year, Leadership Loudoun selects a diverse group of emerging and established leaders to participate in Loudoun County's premier leadership development program. The signature program is designed for individuals from nonprofits, small /entrepreneurial businesses, civic and community organizations, and corporations.

Your generous gift will support two exceptional projects at Leadership Loudoun:

1. Community Event - to support the class of 2024 to deploy resources for the planning and execution of a day-long experience and think tank event to generate discussion and visibility to the importance of agribusiness.  In partnership with Doug Fabbioli and the New Ag School, the event will focus on the need to cultivate a new generation of agribusiness leaders in Loudoun County.

2. Scholarship Fund - to enable Leadership Loudoun to provide tuition assistance to smaller businesses, veterans, nonprofits and other community organizations that may not have the training budgets to support participation in Leadership Loudoun.

Mission

To offer multilevel leadership development programs that build upon individuals' skills and increase their capacity to become effective and engaged leaders.
