Specific Need

HealthWorks of Northern Virginia is now offering radiology services at our Leesburg location, providing this vital service to patients regardless of insurance status or ability to pay. Screening tools such as 3D screening mammography and advanced diagnostic ultrasound are critical tools to detecting cancer early, which means patients begin treatment sooner and have the greater chance for a successful outcome.

Your generosity will have an immediate impact on our most vulnerable patients:

$65 will provide a medical visit to a patient.
$100 will provide one patient with a diagnostic mammogram.
$200 will provide a diagnostic ultrasound to two patients.
$500 will provide five patients with a screening mammogram.

For many years, our patients have been unable to access low-cost mammograms and ultrasound. HealthWorks is now offering radiology services so that no one should have to choose between healthcare and food or rent.

HealthWorks is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), providing affordable services to men, women, and children regardless of income or insurance status. With five full-service healthcare centers with locations in Fairfax (Herndon, Reston, and Sully District) and Loudoun (Leesburg, Sterling) Counties, we are a one stop shop for family care offering both medical, dental, and behavioral healthcare services. In addition, we offer outreach programs at schools, libraries, and other community partners to reach the underserved populations in our community.
