Specific Need

The National Organization of Law Enforcement Executives (NOBLENVC) facilitates "The Law and Your Community" nationally recognized hands-on interactive training program for young people ages 13-18 designed to improve their communications with law enforcement officers and their understanding of their federal, state and local laws in the Loudoun County. The components of the training include citizenship, law literacy and law enforcement engagement on how to respond during law enforcement encounters, report misconduct, describe community policing and what a career in law enforcement looks like. The training is interactive and gives small prizes to active participants.

NOBLENVC adopts two to three families for Thanksgiving and Christmas by provide meals and toys for the holidays.  The families are recommended by NOBLENVC members and/or social services.

NOBLENVC also provides scholarships for Loudoun County graduating seniors and Loudoun residents currently in college.

Mission

NOBLE Northern Virginia Chapter mission to ensure equity in the administration of justice in the provision of public service to the Northern Virginia community which includes Loudoun County, and to serve as the conscience of law enforcement by being committed to justice by action.
The goal of NOBLE Northern Virginia Chapter is to be recognized as a highly competent, public service organization that is at the forefront of providing solutions to law enforcement issues and concerns, as well as to the ever-changing needs of our communities.
The NOBLENVC serves the Loudoun County community by providing scholarships, "The Law and Your Community" training and Thanksgiving/Christmas meals to needy families.
