Specific Need
CFH is working on the front lines to improve housing stability in Loudoun County, helping families navigate some of life’s most difficult transitions. In communities like Leesburg Mobile Home Park, CFH is providing critical relocation and displacement services to residents facing the loss of their homes. Our team has supported families in finding the right new housing for them by assisting with downpayments, rentals and security deposits, moving expenses, and personalized housing guidance. These resources are helping make an overwhelming transition more manageable and helping families achieve critical housing stability.
Beyond displacement support, CFH continues to expand access to opportunity across Loudoun County. Through our Down Payment Assistance program, three first-time homebuyer families have achieved homeownership over the past two years — creating lasting stability for themselves and their families. We also provide security deposit assistance and senior emergency assistance, helping residents remain safely housed during times of financial hardship.
As the need continues to grow, CFH is working to expand the reach of our programs — including bringing additional resources like our mobile food pantry into Loudoun County to help combat food insecurity and support overall household stability.
Your support during GiveChoose helps CFH respond to urgent housing needs today while building stronger, more resilient communities for tomorrow.
